What to expect from this free workshop

Throughout the 2 hrs we are together I will be covering the following content:

Demo of “Kinesiology” stress release techniques.  You will see how I can take someone who is in stress, and within 10-15 mins, they will be completely free from the stress, and feeling relaxed and at ease.

How to use natural treatment to restore your body to optimum energy levels and vitality

Experience a Guided mindfulness practice, that you can start to use right away in your life to get out of stress/ negative emotions, FAST!

Positive psychology: I will explain how and when to CORRECTLY use positive thinking so that it actually works and will outline the reasons why it may not have worked for you in the past and what to do about it.

Law of Attraction: I will cover the main points of what this is and how to use it to improve your mood and begin the process of creating the results you DO want to see in ANY area of your life.
