Release your Fears & Phobias

If you feel trapped and at the mercy of some fears or phobias, then the following simple technique may be a key to bringing you more freedom in your life and certainly more peace of mind.

The existence of the Meridians as a flowing energy system within our bodies has been known about and used for thousands to years. (Scientific proof of the meridians).  Modern science has now confirmed the existence of these once mysterious energies.  When we experience a stressful or traumatic event, the energy in the meridians can become disturbed and move inappropriately or become stagnant. A common energy line that is involved with stress and trauma is Stomach 1 (St1).  St1 refers to the beginning point of the energy line that governs the stomach.  This is why when we are stressed our digestion can become impaired.

Some stressful or emotionally charged events can happen and when the event has passed we can live on without the event continuing to effect us as.  Sometimes certain events can shock or stress us to the point that the stress becomes lodged in our subconscious mind and can continuously interfere with the normal flow of energy in our meridians, and is most usually the stomach meridian.

So how to we release the unwanted fear/phobia?  Quite simply by rebalancing the disturbed stomach energy.  To do this you must first think of or activate the stress/emotion.  Either just mentally recall the event, or put yourself in the situation that activates the emotional response.  Then once you rare really feeling the stress you or someone else is going to continuously tap on your St1 points.  These points are located on a notch at the bottom centre of each eye socket.  (See diagram below)

Now all you have to do is firstly rate the level of stress/emotion on a scale of 0-10.  10 being very high emotion and 0 being none.  Keep feeling the stress and at the same time keep tapping both St1 points simultaneously. After a few minutes, stop and again rate the level of stress for 0 to 10.  Keep doing this until your are at, or are nearly at level 0.  Then congratulations, you are now a much person than you were a few minutes ago!
